摘要：本作品使用基于Intel(R) Atom(TM) 处理器的嵌入式平台，采用Moblin嵌入式操作系统，应用多线程技术，实现具有远程实时视频监测、运动目标监测、传感数据采集分析、监测信息短信提示等功能的安防监测机器人。本作品使用低功耗的Intel(R) Atom(TM) 处理器，延长了系统的监测时间，并且可扩展多种传感器以满足不同安防监测的需求。本作品能够实现静态目标侦测和动态无人巡逻，在系统方案设计上具有一定的创新性和实用性，能有效提高工业园区安防监测的准确性、快速性、实时性。

Abstract：This wheeled robot utilizes Intel(R) Atom(TM) processor based platform and Moblin OS. With multi-threading technology, the project implemented the features including real-time video capture and compression，data acquisition by sensors，moving target tracking, and has met the need of security monitoring In addition，the low-power Intel™ Atom™ processor used in the design can greatly extends the monitoring time, and expand a variety of sensors to meet the need of different security monitoring. Our design is innovative and practical，and can improve the industrial park's security monitoring more effeciently.
