一:Description
The ZCC7002 series are low quiescent current and low dropout regulators with 4-level programmable output voltages. These LDOs are suitable for portable battery powered devices.
A precision bandgap and an error amplifier provide 3% accuracy over line, load and temperature. The extremely life. Furthermore, enable function lowers current consumption when devices are disabled, and an internal switch discharges output capacitor Cout.
The ZCC7002 series of LDO linear regulators also featuies current limiting and shore-circuit protection for safety.

·Extremely low Iq of 0.3uA at 3.3V outout
·Low dropout voltage:
Typ 400mV at Iout=150mA,Vout=3.3V
·Programmable 4-level output voltages
·3% accuracy over line, load and temperature
·Enable pin controls output with ultra-low shutdown current of 0.1uA
When disabled
·Stable with a 1uF ceramic capacitor
·Output load discharge when disabled
·Over current limit and short-circuit protection
