Both QCN9074 and QCN9024 are wireless communication chips produced by Qualcomm (Qualcomm). While they have some similarities in functionality, there are also some differences.
Wireless network support:
QCN9074: Supports 5G and 4G networks (including 5G NR Sub-6 GHz and mmWave frequency bands, and 4G LTE).
QCN9024: Only supports 4G network (4G LTE).
Maximum download speed:
QCN9074: Supports download speeds up to 7.5 Gbps.
QCN9024: Supports download speeds up to 2.5 Gbps.
Chip type:
QCN9074: Belongs to the Qualcomm Snapdragon family and is part of the Snapdragon X60 5G modem.
QCN9024: Belongs to the Qualcomm Snapdragon (Snapdragon) family and is part of the Snapdragon X24 LTE modem.
Power Consumption and Integration:
QCN9074: Designed for highly integrated mobile devices with lower power consumption and higher integration.
QCN9024: Although it is also a highly integrated chip, it may have slightly higher power consumption compared to QCN9074.
Advantages of QCN9074 chip:
5G support: QCN9074 supports 5G networks, including Sub-6 GHz and mmWave frequency bands, providing faster data rates and lower latency.
High-speed download: QCN9074 can provide up to 7.5 Gbps download speed, enabling users to download and transfer large files and media content at a faster speed.

Advantages of QCN9024 chip:
Low power consumption: Compared with QCN9074, QCN9024 chip may have lower power consumption, which is very important for some applications that are sensitive to battery life and power consumption.
Mature 4G technology: QCN9024 focuses on 4G LTE network, it has mature and reliable technology in 4G field, suitable for those devices and applications that still mainly rely on 4G network.
Applicable to specific markets: For some specific markets and regions, there may still be demands dominated by 4G networks, and the QCN9024 chip can provide solutions to meet these demands.
