Introduction of Liquid Filling Machine
Liquid filling machines can be divided into vacuum filling, pressurized filling and atmospheric filling. In principle, a dosing amount of liquid is injected into filling containers by single-head or multiple-head filling. They are widely used in the food and beverage industries, for the filling of milk, juice and wine, and also used in the aseptic filling in medical and pharmaceutical industries, such as vaccine, oral liquid, and injection fluids etc.

1. XY-TEK's ultrasonic flow sensors have wide and adjustable flow ranges, with high liquid filling accuracy and stability. When filling liquid, XY-TEK's flow sensor can accurately monitor liquid flow in real time and tell the difference between setting of the filling amount and the actual flow volume.
2. XY-TEK's CG series flow sensors can be directly clamped on the plastic tubing, measuring liquid flow without contacting the liquid inside. The whole measurement process will not cause any contamination to liquid filling, which is especially suitable for food, pharmaceutical and other aseptic applications.
3. XY-TEK's flow sensors are compact in size as the circuit is integrated internally. No external processing system is needed and the installation is easy. The flow measurement accuracy can reach ±2%.
