The ZCC7002 series are low quiescent current and low dropout regulators with 4-level programmable output voltages. These LDOs are suitable for portable battery powered devices A precision bandgap and an error amplifier provide 3% accuracy over line, load and temperature. The extremely low quiescent of 0.3uA ensures long battery life. Furthermore, enable function lowers current consumption when devices are disabled, and an internal switch discharges output capacitor CouT. The ZCC7002 series of LDO linear regulators also features current limiting and short-circuit protection for safety.
